One hour. One personalised plan for your life.
WHAT IS THIS FOR?
A one-on-one coaching session with Alex where we focus on you individually. You'll fill out the Good Place Questionnaire to help figure out what the struggles are and get a holistic view of you, then meet with Alex for a 60-minute Zoom session. We go through your questionnaire and look at your mind, your body, your energy, your habits, and what’s actually happening in your life as a whole. We’ll identify what needs attention and tweaking, and go through what things we can start implementing to bring physical comfort, mental clarity, and more emotional calm. Food, lifestyle, holistic suggestions tailored to you. You’ll receive a personalised summary in your Support Map; with your clear next steps, resources, how-to's and simple tools you may need, so you know exactly what to focus on and how. Best for: Women who are struggling with their minds and/or bodies, and want steady, holistic support that actually gives results and supports their whole life.
