WHAT IS THIS FOR?

A one-on-one coaching session with Alex where we focus on you individually. You'll fill out the Good Place Questionnaire, then meet with Alex for a 60-minute Zoom session. We look at your mind, your body, your energy, your habits, and what’s actually happening in your life as a whole. Not just the ADHD. We’ll identify what needs attention and tweaking, and go through what things we can start implementing to bring physical comfort, mental clarity, and more emotional calm. Food, lifestyle, holistic suggestions tailored to you. You’ll receive a personalised summary in your Support Map; with your clear next steps, resources, how-to's and simple ADHD-focused tools you may need, so you know exactly what to focus on and how. Best for: Women who want steady, holistic support that works with their brain and supports their whole life.
