I’m Alex, Holisitic Health Coach, Ayurvedic practitioner, guide in behavioural change, woman with ADHD. 

WHO'S RUNNING THIS PLACE?

I'm the founder of Good Place, and I work with women navigating ADHD and ADD, who want to feel more stable in their bodies and minds; less overwhelmed, and with the energy and clarity to handle life and actually enjoy it.

WHO AM I?

I know ADHD from the inside.

I’ve had the diagnosis, tried the medication, felt the productivity increase, then the imminent crash. I’ve had periods where it helped, and more often, times where I knew the side effects weren't worth the trade off and that it wasn't a long-term solution for me.

​

At the same time, I was studying holistic health and Ayurveda, taking the chance to understand what was actually going on, how my nervous system worked, and where ADHD came from holistically.

​

What I’ve learned, through study and lived experience, is that nothing about us is fixed. When you support the foundations as a whole, things can change. It's the reason why I don't like to say I 'have' ADHD,  because with these ancient and simple approaches, most of the time I don't experience it so much.

​

You don’t need to figure it all out alone, and you don’t need to accept that feeling chaotic or exhausted is a life sentence for you. I've done the hard work and my mission is to guide others.​

Good Place is the space I wish I'd had. Now, I get to offer it to other women.
